I am glad to announce that today, Saturday May 6th 2006; our MCKK rugby boys beat the Kolej Yayasan Saad, 13 - 12, in the annual games carnival at MCKK padang.

Reliving our old Team Sporting days

I can recall many team sporting events that were organized internally among the student population during my MCKK days. It started as early as Form One when I participated in the Doubles Eton Fives "Novice Section" in 1965 (if you consider that a team event). And, if I remember correctly that was the last year the medieval Eton Fives was played at school.

I am not highlighting here about the School Teams or the sports they were involved in, for that would be the crème among our crop. With these sports teams the rest of us "normal" students could participate in and still enjoy the competitiveness, camaraderie, leadership, and character building.

When I posted an image into any website, it excites me to hear some nostalgic remarks from the viewer/s. Reason is it recalls the viewer/s of the lead-ups or event/s that took place during the particular time-frame. It means to say, we still remember (although some won't) and would like to expand further the stories behind it.

I then would cut and paste these comments, and voila, suddenly another whole different new picture is created!
