Customer Feedback - Texting the Business Owner (Report)

After my posting Texted the Business Owner, I visited the stall again last Sunday (17 February 2008). This time the workers at the stall are using forks to place the kuihs in the plastic bags. Hopefully, the process does not add anymore germ to my keria.

I would like to think that I did the business owner a favour by sending her an sms text providing my feedback. My wife thinks that only I would bother with such a thing! Since the business owner was willing to react positively, she manages to improve her service. Imagine if she lets her workers continue they way they did, she would be losing customers.

Both of us win. The business owner retains her customers. Me, I have one additional place to get my kuihs from. All for the cost of an sms. What do you think?
