Boys seen in the photograph include ShariffAhmad aka Shariff 'Wak' (Sgor) talking to A Rahman, MNorKadir (Kln)seventh starting from Shariff, ARahimBakar (Trg) fourth from Shariff , Dolmat(Melaka) next table right, Rosli (Perlis) second left from Dolmat, AHadi (Kln) next to Shariff facing A Rahman and SD is on left of A Rahman b Arshad directly in front of Shariff 'Wak'. Menu then was typical consisting of coldwater (served in a chipped cup) + cold rice + a meat dish served in a saucer (of the cup) and two common bowls per table of ten for vegetables and gravy or soup + kopi after meals. Fork and spoon are provided and tauyu (soya sauce) was available on request. High table menu was slightly better.
